Universal Multizone
Crystallizator (UMC)
In general, UMC is a universal
microgravity research equipment developed especially for utilizing
microgravity for solidification experiments. Furnaces are absolutely
motionless, both the sample and the heating facility are completely fixed.
The elimination of all internally generated mechanical disturbances ensures
the best microgravity level possible within its environment. It can
accommodate a wide range of user selected crystal growth techniques or
temperature profiles meanwhile keeping the uncontrolled temperature
fluctuation at very low level (below 0.2ºC).
Software package helps the researcher to design, control and evaluate the
experiment.

Thermal Heatment System (THS)
We offer this type of our
equipments for laboratories. Vacuum, air or gas atmospheres are also
possible because of the electrical heaters. There are two main advantages:
both very long experiments can be make in changeable temperature field
because of our high quality software support and temperature gradients are
possible during the process. Some types have windows on their walls in order
to make in situ observations possible.

Universal Multizone
Foaming Apparatus (UMFA)
The aim of this invention is the
development of a universal apparatus suitable for the production of various
aqueous, polymer and metal foams, and their complex in-process (in-situ)
testing. The other aim of the invention is the development of a foam
generating cartridge in which both the foaming and the testing of the foam
can be implemented.
A further aim of the invention is the development of a method for the
testing of foams, especially metal foams, with which not only the produced
foams can be qualified, but the production process can also be monitored.

Medium Temperature
Gradient Furnace (MTGF)
We wanted to demonstrate our high tech
level by this satellite furnace. The MTGF is a small, two zones, light mass,
high efficiency furnace and can be work 100 days in a micro satellite
without human intervention. In MTGF the maximal temperature is 700 oC,
the maximal temperature gradient is 3K/mm. Also a Peltier Pulsator
belongs to MTGF which helps you to make markers in the growing crystalls.

Carbon Nano Tube Furnace (CNTF)
This two zones, electrically heated furnace
was produced to Központi Kémiai Kutatóintézet (KKKI) that is suitable for
producing of carbon nano tubes. The study of experimental is so easy because
of the window in the wall of furnace.

Heat Conductivity
Measurement System (HCMS)
The heat conductivity of melts are one of
the most important parameters in crystallization models. In the Earth so
difficult to measure it because the liquids always circulate caused by the
different density of each parts. With HCMS, a group of scientists from
University of Miskolc made experiments with gallium in Drop Tower in Bremen,
Germany. Here there are only 5 seconds to collect temperature data from the
liquid.

Infiltration Measurement
System for macrogravity applications (IMS)
Infiltration is process when liquid flow
into the pores of a solid body. This process is highly depends on the
gravity. The IMS was built in order to in-situ examine the infiltration in
increased gravity level. With the help of IMS our staff made infiltration
experiments in a huge centrifuge in Bremen. The IMS is a
distance-controlled, in-situ observed with 4 cameras equipment that survive
without any problem up to 30G.

Vacuum Feedthroughs (EVFT)
Because of application of vacuum in some
our equipments, special vacuum feedthroughs designing and producing were
necessary. However many and any size of pin or connector can be built inside
them. At present self made vacuum feedthroughs are applied in the special
ready-to-space UMC.
